Sundance Financial is a business brokerage that helps small business owners sell their businesses. We provide professional valuation, confidential marketing, buyer qualification, negotiation support, and deal management — from the first conversation through closing.
We work primarily with founder- and owner-operated businesses. Most of our clients are selling for the first time and want an advisor who will represent their interests throughout the process.

He previously held senior management positions at Restaurant Brands International and served in the CEO's Office at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.

Teddy has a strong background in technology, e-commerce, and strategy. He is Founder of Buckland Avenue, an investment firm focussed on SMBs.
He previously held senior management positions at Perch, a SoftBank-backed commerce company that has acquired and operates over 100 consumer brands, and at EY-Parthenon.

Justin brings expertise across finance, investing, and capital markets. He is the Managing Director of Snow Raven Capital, a Colorado-based investment firm.
He previously served as a leader in Indeed's Financial Planning & Analysis function, and as an Equity Trader at Trillium Management. He has also held roles at Goldman Sachs and Fannie Mae.
