Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
Nothing until your business sells. Our fee is 9% of the sale price, paid at closing. There is no retainer, no valuation fee, and no marketing fee.
How do you keep the sale confidential?
Your business is never named in public marketing. Buyers see an anonymous summary, sign a non-disclosure agreement, and are screened for funding before they learn who you are. Employees, customers, and competitors do not find out from us.
What happens on the 15-minute call?
You tell us what the business does, roughly what it earns, and how involved you are day to day. You leave with a realistic value range and a clear view of whether a sale makes sense now. No obligation.
How long does a sale take?
Most owner-operated businesses sell in 6 to 12 months from valuation to closing. Well-prepared businesses priced in line with the market sell faster.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Owner-operated businesses with under $5 million in sales, across the US: services, trades, healthcare practices, food and beverage, e-commerce, retail, and more. If you are not sure yours is a fit, the call will tell you.
